This error is usually encountered when you are attempting to login to Elite from the License Management System (LMS) portal. If you receive this error, it is likely that your account has not yet been synchronized to the Elite platform from the LMS, and Elite does not have a record of your profile yet.


Suggested Solution: Users can manually trigger the synchronization of their accounts by making a change to their Demographics in the LMS, or by changing a password. This can easily be accomplished by adding a phone number, or adding a mobile number as a Home Phone number will suffice.


Additional information: Accounts are synchronized by the changes just mentioned, and also any time a Service is added or removed, or an application is approved.
