• A cleanup effort is underway to remove expired users from services. If you receive an email noting that you have been removed from your EMS service and feel that this was in error, please submit a ticket in this Helpdesk platform so the appropriate staff can address it. 
• A Cal Fire first responder (EMR/FR/PSFA) application has been added to the LMS. Providers who hold this level of training will use this application and then be synchronized to Elite with that provider level.
