All users that have an expired state license or certification for EMT/Paramedic/Nurse will be automatically locked out of the Elite/Elite Field product. When logging into the ePCR system your access is conditional on three elements:
1) You are a licensed or certified provider with a valid nonexpired card.
2) You maintain employment with an approved provider or service.
3) You login into the system with your username and password at least once during a six (6) month period.
Below is a general message depicting why your access to Elite/Elite Field has been denied.
"Note: User is locked due to an expired state license."
