08/26/2020: Added itControlledSubstances.013 to Narcotic Waste Panel


  • Added Narcotic Vial number (itControlledsubstances.013) to the narcotic waste panel for agencies that want to document individual narcotic vials that are used. Any agencies wanting to require this for there agency please contact the ePCR helpdesk or email our ticket system. This will be optional for all agencies that want to document that extra detail.


08/20/2020: Approved changes by REMSIS ePCR workgroup


  • Normal Saline will be required to be documented in the Medications grid when an IV or an IO was established successfully. (required after midnight 08/21/2020)

 

 

 

 

  • AMR Only: TKO and Lock under Normal Saline will no longer be available. Fluid volume or fluid challenges will be documented in ml or L. (effective now)

 

 

  • Transport Destination fields City, County, State will be read-only. If not available on the drop downlist the zip code must be entered and fill by zip code must be used instead. (effective now)

 

 

 



08/5/2020: Add Cardiac arrest question for Resuscitation Method

  • Added a Resuscitation Method? the supplemental question to assist CQI in reviewing resuscitation documentation in relation to the method of resuscitation because Medications and intervals can change depending on the Method.



08/4/2020: Rename of itSTEMI.002 field in STEMI Grid.


  • The term "12lead transmitted for interpretation" has been changed to "12 Lead Transmitted" Yes/No in the STEMI grid/panel that becomes available when the Primary impression is chosen for STEMI.


07/16/2020: Added validation rule for Push dose EPI. Then Normal Saline must be documented.


  • Reminder validation rule to document Normal Saline in the Medications panel when Push Dose EPI has been documented. This will go into effect at Midnight on 7/17/2020.
