— This EMS unit only provided assistance (e.g., manpower, equipment) to another/same agency and did not provide primary patient care during the incident.

No Assessment, Care Transferred to Another EMS Unit

—This EMS unit arrived on the scene first and immediately transferred care to a second responding unit that provided primary patient care during the incident.

After the 21.10 upgrade, the validation rule wouldn't accept 'not values'. That was repaired and validated in the CARES panel.

10/19/2021: Turned off Alert Rules for MX Project

The Manifest Medex SAFR project has concluded for County Fire and AMR. Rules were initially in place to require First Name, Last Name, DOB, Gender, Primary Impression to facilitate an Alert. All those rules have been deactivated and will have no restrictions to transfer records amongst agencies during calls.

10/07/2021: Consolidated the Zip Code Lookup List

Riverside County EMS identified duplication of Zip Codes across City and Unincorporated areas that have since changed and been incorporated into City Jurisdictions. With the approval of the ePCR workgroup, the available selections when using the lookup Zip postal code within Riverside County have been deduplicated and consolidated from 350+ choices down to 53 choices.

Also, the removal of Labels with "City of" to just the City name has been completed and is actively moving forward for all EMS incidents.
