03/18/2022: Added Rigor Mortis to face exam and cleaned up label in extremities exam grids.

Added Rigor Mortis to face exam in relation to determination of death. This was available for other exam findings. Added Mortis to the label under Rigor for extremity findings as well. Power tools and other assessments aids reflect this change as well.

03/18/2022: Added GCS Labels inside of the grid and reverted the buttons back to original.

An unintended consequence of modifying the value label was printing the fields out with Adults were Smiling, Coos in the GCS print section of the ePCR.

So added helper text above the fields and reverted the buttons back to normal so it prints correctly by age but allows for the field provider to document peds GCS appropriately when needed.

02/25/2022: Modified Labels for GCS elements in eVItals GRID for Pediatric assessments.

Questions from the field revealed that some enhancement to the value labels for GCS will allow field providers to better assess GCS for pediatric patients below the age of 2 where verbal communication is limited. Pediatric indicators in parenthesis have been added with approval of the ePCR workgroup on 02/24/2022 to assist.

02/15/2022: Added EPI Alternative Medication Dilutions to Medications Grid.

As waivers to providers increase due to supply issues with Preloaded Syringe 1:10,000 Epi. Providers are having to dilute from 1:1,000 Doses to 1:10,000 and even to Push dose 1:100,000 respectively. In order to document this correctly and understand how much it is happening. Medications Values have been added labeled below.

01/27/2022: ALS to BLS Downgrade Documentation enhancement

Due to challenges surrounding whether an ALS to BLS downgrade patient actually occur in the current ePCR. An enhancement to documentation element called "ALS to BLS Downgrade (itOther.026) has been added to the ePCR in appropriate locations for both First Response and Transporting BLS Ambulances. This will clear up CQI initiatives and actual statistics of how much Provisional Policy 3308 is being used.

Validation rules take effect Midnight 01/28/2022.

First Response view: Record>> Ground Transport Panel

Validation: Will require it to be answered for First Response ALS personnel using appropriate dispositions. Also some prevention of selecting "Yes" when the circumstances like a BLS first response unit can not provide a ALS To BLS downgrade because they are not ALS themselves exists.

Validation rules take effect Midnight 01/28/2022.

BLS Transport view: Disposition>> Destination Panel

Validation: Requires to be answered when ambulance configuration is confirmed in the ePCR. Prevention to saying yes when circumstances that preclude the use of 3308 exists such as if the Ambulance has a paramedic in the crew section or level of care is ALS of the ambulance prevents them to say that an ALS to BLS downgrade occurred.

01/26/2022: Added BLS AED to Procedure list.

Added "Automated External Defibrillator Placement" under the Procedure panel for BLS crews to access as necessary.
