06/21/2022: Added Home O2 in Pulse Ox qualifier.

Added Home O2 as a pulse ox qualifier. Home o2 and Room air will not require Oxygen to be added as a medication. Any other prehospital o2 admin indicated in Vitals will be needed to be added as a medication. If a patient is on high flow o2 or via o2 tank versus compressor. A patient o2 is maintained during patient contact and transport still requiring it to be added to medications.

06/21/2022: Added Destination Facility for LZ transports

When ALS crews drop their patients off to HEMS crews at an LZ the option to set destination facility is now available as optional. IF they don't know where the patient will end up its fine to leave it blank. If they do know then please set the destination facility. It helps with our Specialty care including Trauma to link those ePCR's to get those patient outcomes back to the crews.

06/20/2022: Report Author Editable

After our previous ePCR workgroup meeting a proposal to make the eOther.08 Report Author field under Other>>Final editable and can be changed if a multi crew has started an ePCR under someone else’s name but was the primary author to the ePCR itself.

After testing and careful consideration this proposal was APPROVED with changes made at 06:30. Please resync your devices as necessary to take the change. It will be closely monitored and if any unforeseen circumstances occur will be assessed then.
